We had an amazing fall! Â After a summer of galavanting through Europe and riding our bikes longer and farther than we ever have before, we enjoyed a mellow but full fall. Â It is hard to see fall go away because it is my favorite season, but I can’t lie – I am so excited for snow!
Before summer officially ended we celebrated our friends Mindi & Jason as they waited for their fourth son, Carter Leroy, arrive. Â Mindi rocked her pregnancy all the way through and Jason is an awesome dad. Â Their three older boys, Tristan, Ethan, and Noah are all professional big brothers as well.
Carter was born November 4th – he’s perfect and full of smiles and baby coos.
Theresa and Jaden also made it over for a little visit. Â We went to Detering Orchards, picked out pumpkins, played on the tractor, splashed in puddles, giggled at cows, and had a great little visit on a surprisingly warm fall day. Â We love our nephew! Â He’s a ham for sure.
Driving tractor with Uncle Stead….
A couple weeks ago I had a conference for school that was hosted at Disneyland, so of course we jumped on the opportunity! Â Everything was decorated for Christmas, which normally bothers me before Thanksgiving, however, Disney does such a good job it was beautiful.
Here’s hoping for lots of snow and winter adventures to come!
